I loved this! what if having off-weeks is okay? what if you didn't even have to apologise? what if people still liked you even when you didn't really like yourself much?

Aw, I love that so much 🥺🤍 you’re so right. What if we gave ourselves grace - and what if we didn’t need permission to do so?

I'm going to save this to re-read when I need a pep talk because this is a perfect one. Thank you. I needed this.

(And, unsurprisingly, I feel like it relates to my post today - about finding our happiness on OUR terms. We've got that mind meld going on again.)

Thank you so much for reading, Sarah 🤍 I am so glad it resonated. It's always nerve-wracking to be so vulnerable on the internet, but it's reassuring to know others feel the same. Our posts this week totally go hand in hand – I love that we (as usual!) are on the same wavelength!

This reminds me of a little quote I have on my desk at work—“Trust in the process and enjoy the journey along the way.” I feel you!

Sending you a hug, Lauren, and hoping the weekend brings you a little respite from the off-ness of your week 💛
